Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to run the store:

• Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and what you bought.
• Payment details: entered on our secure checkout and handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Reviews: your name, email, rating, review text and any photos you upload. Your name, review and photos are shown publicly; your email is not.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address, device and browser type) and a cookie that keeps your shopping cart.

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and exchanges.
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To publish and moderate product reviews.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage that are needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cart and checkout session, and remembering if you've closed a pop-up. We don't use them to sell your information. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but your cart may not work without them.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:

• Wix: our e-commerce platform (products, orders, checkout, reviews, customer records).
• Payment processors (for example Wix Payments, PayPal and Apple Pay) to take payment.
• Shipping carriers to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare: hosts and protects this website.

We may also disclose information if required by law. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, typically up to seven years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email support@awdgarments.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep some records where the law requires it.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

The site is served over HTTPS, and checkout is handled by our e-commerce and payment providers using encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This store isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
