By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Our garments are made in limited runs and are not restocked once sold out. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and small differences from the photos are normal.

The Set is the XO Hat and XO Beanie sold together at a combined price. The Set price applies only when it's bought as The Set.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. If a price is clearly listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item sells out, payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud), and if we do, you'll get a full refund.

Shipping times, returns, exchanges and damaged items are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

When you post a review or photo, you confirm it's your honest experience and that you own or have the right to share it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit for length and share it on our site and social channels, credited with the name you provided.

Reviews are checked before they appear. We may decline or remove anything that is false, offensive, spam, or unrelated to the product. We don't remove reviews just because they're negative.

The site's content, including photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to AWD Garments or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
